Description

The subject matter of the contract will be implemented in accordance with:
(1) the Contractor’s tender,
(2) a detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, hereinafter referred to as “SOPZ”, which are annexed to the contract.
The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract no later than
until 30.4.2019.
Subcontracting part of the subject-matter of the contract shall not release the Contractor
liability and obligations towards the Contracting Authority arising from the terms of the contract. The Contractor shall be fully liable for any acts, omissions or omissions of subcontractors to the same extent as if they were acts, omissions or omissions on the part of the Contractor.
