Die aktuelle Wellenmaschine des Wellenbads der Ka-We-De wurde 1989 eingebaut. Auf Grund technischer Mängel ist ein Ersatz notwendig. Die bestehende Maschine bedient sich eines mechanischen Prinzips, welches auch für die neue Anlage beizubehalten ist. Der Auftrag beinhaltet die Demontage der bestehende Anlage und die Konzeption, Fabrikation, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme einer neuen Wellenmaschine inklusive Unterhalt für 10 Jahre.
