Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usuwanie pojazdów z ulic miasta Bydgoszczy zgodnie z ustawą prawo o ruchu drogowym, w zakresie i na warunkach określonych w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia z załącznikami, w tym w załączniku pn.„Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”, 2. Termin wykonania zamówienia : od dnia zawarcia umowy - nie wcześniej niż od 1 marca 2025r. - do dnia 31 grudnia 2025r. lub do dnia wypłaty całości wynagrodzenia umownego, w zależności od tego, które z tych zdarzeń nastąpi wcześniej. 3. Zamówienie udzielono jako część zamówienia o wartości 7 585 762,68 zł , wartość aktualnie udzielanego zamówienia częściowego to 1 015 092,68 zł.
