Description

The purpose of the framework agreement is to entrust one or more service providers with measures to ensure the cleanliness of the sites concerned (lot 1) and to provide winter service (lot 2), the purpose of which is to combat the discomfort caused to traffic by winter weather, mainly ice and snow. This framework agreement with order forms is concluded as part of a grouping of orders composed of the following members: DOUAISIS AGGLO (coordinator of the group) / Communes of Anhiers, Brunémont, Bugnicourt, Cantin, Cuincy, Erchin, Esquerchin, Estrées, Fressain, Guesnain, Lallaing, Lambres-lez-Douai, Lécluse, Marcq-en-Ostrevent, Râches, and Villers-au-Tertre.
