Description: The subject of the contract is: provision of services consisting in the comprehensive collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate covered by the local municipal waste management system by the Municipality of Dobiegniew over a period of 18 months, i.e. inhabited real estate, and real estate on which holiday homes and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes are located during part of the year (the assumed time is 01.10.2025-31.03.2027). 4.2. Within the scope of the contract, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: 1) delivery of municipal waste containers to all properties covered by the waste management system and delivery of waste bags collected separately (in the 1:1 system, i.e. for one received not less than one new one left behind) as well as ongoing maintenance of containers, maintenance of containers in proper technical and sanitary condition; 2) collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste ‘at source’ in accordance with an approved schedule, as part of mobile collections and in the indicated places, 3) collection and management (recovery or disposal) of waste from PSZOK, which is located at ul. Mierzęcińska in Dobiegniewo, including equipping the point with appropriate containers in accordance with the OPZ; 4) achieving appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling, recovery by other methods of municipal waste of the relevant fractions and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste submitted for landfilling and not exceeding the levels of landfilling in accordance with Article 3b(4). 1 and Art. 3c para. 1 and 3b. 2 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1469) and regulations implementing the Act, 5) conducting selective collection of municipal waste from residents and PSZOK within the scope of implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the tender specifications and legal provisions; 6) the Ordering Party's equipment in containers for expired drugs and packaging after drugs; 7) collection and management of expired medicines and packaging of medicines from pharmacies indicated by the Ordering Party (2 entities); 8) organise at least once in 2025 and twice in 2026 (1 once in half a year) a travelling collection of large-scale waste and waste electrical and electronic equipment in the Municipality of Dobiegniew, 9) organise at least once every quarter during the period of validity of the travelling collection contract for textiles and clothing (1x in 2025, 4x in 2026 and 1x in 2027). 10) delivery of collected municipal waste to municipal waste treatment facilities in accordance with applicable law; 11) preparing and delivering a waste collection schedule to each property on which municipal waste is generated; 12) preparing and submitting reports to the Mayor provided for by law, 13) submitting monthly reports specifying the amount and type of waste received in a given month.
