Description

As part of the transition to a sustainable technology, the project “Deployment of VoIP/Unified Communications and Collaboration Services (VoIP/UCC) for LHM” was installed.
As part of this project, the VoIP/UCC system will be awarded in future, which will first be deployed on two pilot sites and then provide the basis for a city-wide roll-out.
The subject of the contract is the technical and technical assistance services provided by the contractor in the context of a pan-European procurement procedure for the VoIP/UCC system and subsequent monitoring of implementation.
The following phases will be entrusted to this end:
— Phase I: Basic identification and execution planning;
— Phase II: Preparing the award from a technical point of view;
— Phase III: Participation in the award of the contract as a technical point of contact;
— Phase IV: Implementation monitoring for the 2 pilot sites;
— Phase V: Implementation support for 10 sites during the city-wide roll-out.
