The subject of the contract is ‘Supply of tests, microbiological substrates, control materials and the lease of analysers for the Department of Microbiology of the Provincial Hospital Complex in Kielce’. Technical and quality parameters of the leased item for Package No. 2 • in Annex 2.2 Technical and quality parameters of the leased item for Package No. 3. Information on the rules of delivery, guarantees and remuneration includes: • Annex 3 to the FTZ – the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, • Annex 3a the draft provisions of the public procurement lease agreement for Package 2, • Annex 3b the draft provisions of the public procurement loan agreement for Package 1 and 3.
