Description

The consultant will act as Inginer, FIDIC’s contractual terms and conditions, Yellow Book 1999, and will carry out the necessary activities on page supervision. OSH. Must provide services: the pre-construction preparation phase; in the case of construction; during the period for reporting defects; in the final phase. Must prepare a conformity assessment as a comprehensive report under Article 142 (6) (2) of the ZUT and carry out the functions of the supervision page also during the removal of hidden defects during warranty periods; will act as a page of supervision. OSH; ensure that the design and construction is completed within the specified deadline and at the realisation value of the works contract; be responsible for fulfilling all the prerequisites and conditions required to obtain the relevant authorisations of use in accordance with the legal system; be responsible for the professional and legal finalisation of a page process; carry out activities under Technical specificity.
