Description

Lidingö stad, stadsledningskontoret, har fått i uppdrag att upphandla ett Centralt skoladministrativt verksamhetssystem till Lidingö stad (staden) och Lärande- och kulturförvaltningen. Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose stadens behov av ett modernt och verksamhetsanpassat Centralt skoladministrativt verksamhetssystem. Tjänsten ska stödja barn– och skoladministrativa processer inom Lärande- och kulturförvaltningen och ska tillsammans med nuvarande och kommande systemlösningar skapa möjlighet till ett mer effektivt arbetsflöde i verksamheterna och erbjuda användarna en funktionell digital miljö med system som kontinuerligt anpassas efter verksamheternas och användarnas behov. Avtalet gällen från 2025-01-01 till och med 2029-12-31 med rätt för staden att förlänga avtalet på oförändrade villkor upp till 60 månader.
