Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky katétrů včetně příslušenství pro ablaci arytmií pulzním polem (dále jen „SZM“) pro KKVC pro dospělé – Kardiologickou kliniku
2. LF UK a FN Motol, a to v rozsahu dle Přílohy č. 1 Kupní smlouvy – Seznam zboží s jednotkovými cenami, Přílohy č. 2 Kupní smlouvy - Smlouva o zřízení a vedení konsignačního skladu a Přílohy
č. 3 Kupní smlouvy - Smlouva o výpůjčce. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je dále vymezen v Příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace – Technická specifikace předmětu plnění a v Příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace – Informační a cenová tabulka.
