Description

Das Gebäudeensemble In der Bürg 18, 24 und 26 - ehem. Arbeiterinnenheim mit Dechanthof und ehem. Burgkino - in Straubing befindet sich im Eigentum des Kommunalunternehmens Flächenentwicklung Straubing und soll zur Nutzung als Verwaltungsgebäude der Stadtverwaltung Straubing vollständig saniert werden. Hierfür werden Leistungen der Tragwerksplanung gem. §§ 49 ff. HOAI 2021 benötigt.
