2. Usługa centralnego zmywania naczyń, urządzeń i narzędzi służących do przygotowania, przechowywania, przewozu i podawania żywności
- w oparciu o zasady GHP/GMP (Zasady Dobrej Praktyki Higienicznej i Dobrej Praktyki Produkcyjnej) i systemu Analizy Zagrożeń i Krytycznych Punktów Kontroli HACCP.
3. Zbieranie odpadów pokonsumpcyjnych oraz ich odbiór zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
