Description

The transport of pupils in specialised pedagogy has undergone a major reorganisation in terms of the charging system and the application of framework conditions. It is therefore necessary to coordinate these transport operations into 25 separate lots (21 ‘non-adapted/standard transport’ lots and 4 ‘adapted transport’ lots) corresponding to a balanced geographical distribution of the different structures of the specialised pedagogical establishments and the other entities covered by this invitation to tender. Transport providers must ensure both the organisation and coordination of such transport, as well as the operational management and execution of journeys, in a professional and appropriate manner, and in partnership with the establishments, under the guidance of the DGEO in partnership with the AVOP (Association Vaudoise des Organismes Privés pour enfants, adolescents et adultes en difficulté). These transports will be part of the ‘360° concept’ of compulsory education. These services, which are repetitive and regular, concern 18 specialised pedagogical establishments (Et.PS), approximately 80 sites, of which approximately 60 to date require transport services and approximately 1’300 pupils to be transported, 5 sites for establishments under the CHUV (approximately 30 children), as well as the transport of pupils going to regular school (approximately 17 children) and pupils in the CRPS (approximately 137 children).
