Description

This contract concerns renovation works within the various sites of the contracting authority. The works of HVAC, Sanitaires and Fluides Médicaux may be carried out by the contractor alone, or must be integrated into larger works in collaboration with other co-contractors (carpentry, carcass work, finishing work, etc.). They may also be part of work partially carried out by the contracting authority’s technical service. The non-exhaustive list of works is as follows: - Modifications to ventilation ducts and vents; - Supply and installation of new ventilation ducts and vents; - Supply and installation of fire dampers; - Supply, placement and programming of control equipment; - Supply and installation of ventilation units (pull – extraction); - Supply and placement of boilers; - Supply and installation of motorised or non-motorised valves, control valves, ... - Supply and installation of heating pipes, chilled water, cold water and domestic hot water; - Supply and placement of smart valves for balancing sanitary circuits; - Supply and installation of taps, basins, sinks, ... - Modification of piping (heating, ice water, sanitary) - ...
