Description

The subject of the contract is the technical planning of technical equipment for plant groups 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 pursuant to §53 HOAI. The plan is for the demolition and construction of the House 1 Building Emble of the Inclusive Psychiatry Centre at the Kiel Campus, Niemannsweg site. The new construction is carried out in two stages, including an old building protected by a listed building. Under the overall measure, the technical infrastructure and the open air and transport areas will be renewed. In this case, the power supply for House 1, internally located, must be checked and, if necessary, re-established. An architect’s competition was launched for the implementation. The result will be the basis for planning. The contract includes, as a step-by-step assignment, phases 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8. In addition to all the necessary information on the procurement procedure, the procurement documents contain in Section D the further information on the subject-matter of the contract.
