The State is initiating a market consultation to better understand the market for horizontal anti‑tank mine (AT) system. Goal of this market consultation is to fully understand the market and know what systems are available and are matching the initial requirements that The State is considering to use. The State intends to use this knowledge to determine the further steps and choice of procedure for procurement of Horizontal anti‑tank mine (AT) system and more related supplies and services. To be clear; The State is interested in AT mines (no anti personnel mines) that are designed in accordance with the OTTOWA convention and the CCW/CONF.III/WP.16/Add.1: Declaration on Anti-Vehicle Mines, Geneva, 7-17 November 2006.
