F-Neuilly-sur-Seine: playground equipment
This competition concerns the rental of playthings, the maintenance of playgrounds and flexible floor coverings installed in nursery schools, after-school centres and crèches. It was awarded by means of an open invitation to tender in accordance with Articles 33 and 57 to 59 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract to be awarded is an order form contract within the meaning of Article 77 of the Public Procurement Code and a framework agreement awarded without reopening of competition to a single economic operator within the meaning of Article 1 (5) of Directive 2004/18. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from 1.8.012. This initial period is preceded by a preparation period of up to 60 days, which is not included in the duration of the performance of the contract. It may be renewed 3 times, tacitly, but its total duration may not exceed 4 years.
