Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 2129, as amended), comprising work on forest breeding and protection, harvesting and logging, to be carried out in the Włodawa Forest District in 2020. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total number of work on forest breeding and protection, harvesting and logging, as set out in Annex 3 to the Specifications for Significant Contract Conditions (SIWZ), which consists of: Annex 3.1 – size of works by activity, Annex 3.2 – areas of difficulty and distance of the landing, Annex 3.3 – sorting layout. The material ranges compiled in Annexes 3.1 to 3.3 to the ToR are estimated.
