Description

1. Provision of collection and processing services: ● edible oils deposited by households in recyparcs managed by the Walloon inter-municipal waste management authorities and by the City of Eupen (code 20 01 25 in the Waste Catalogue of the Walloon Government); ● edible fats deposited by households in recyparcs managed by the Walloon inter-municipal waste management authorities and by the city of Eupen (code 20 01 25 in the Walloon Government’s waste catalogue); The edible oils and fats collected in the recyparcs of the inter-municipal districts and the municipality concerned come from the usual activity of households. Under no circumstances may the tenderer invoke a defect or a lack of knowledge of the quality of the materials to be processed. 2. The supply and placement of containers intended to collect oils and fats brought by users of recyparcs, when these containers are not put in place by the intercommunals themselves. The annual quantities to be collected and processed are specified, for each of the lots, in the inventory set out in Annex B to these special specifications. These are presumed quantities for the entire duration of the contract. They are indicative and cannot constitute a commitment on the part of the contracting authorities as to the size of the contract.
