Description

Contract for project management following a restricted two-round architectural and engineering competition, a basic assignment in accordance with Decree No 93-1268. Additional tasks of dqo, exe, syn, ssi and JPO may be entrusted. Place of execution: Aunay-sur-Odon (14). Main characteristics: the architectural and engineering competition is being organised for the project to extend the Aunay-sur-Odon MAS for the EPMS “The Pathfinch”, which now hosts 30 residents. In response to call A project No 2013-01, EPMS “The Literature” presented a project for the creation of 20 specialised childcare places in Calvados. This dossier was approved by the March 28.4.2014. The operation will consist of creating: a life unit adapted to 16 people with invasive developmental disorders (TED), organised in 2 with 8 residents, 4 stepping stone apartments, accompanying residents before returning to society. This will lead to the construction of an extension of approximately 1 750 square metres SDO on bare terrain, as an extension of the current MAS base. The land pool has an area of approximately 27 000 square metres. The estimated value of the works at EUR 2 550 000 excluding tax in November 2014 value for the whole project (including VRD, RT2012 and environmental approach). The estimated duration of work of 14 months, including preparation and acceptance periods, excluding periods of leave and bad weather.
