Design and execution of the temporary exhibition "Tulevike Exhibition" at the Estonian Museum of Natural History
As a result of the procurement, a public contract will be awarded for the design and execution of the conceptual design "PÖÖRIS", which was the winner of the open design competition "Contest of the Estonian Museum of Natural History temporary exhibition "Tulevike EXHIBITION" (299373). The author of the conceptual design is the tenderer OÜ b210 (12350923) and the joint tenderer Valge Kuup OÜ (12333830). Under the current Copyright Act, the author(s) of a design submitted in a design contest own the personal and proprietary copyrights of the design, as well as the ownership of the designs. The ownership of the winning design "PÖÖRIS" as well as the proprietary copyrights will be transferred to the Museum of Natural History after the award of the public contract resulting from this procurement procedure (see clause 9 of the draft contract included in the tender specifications). / Grounds for exclusion and selection criteria: See procurement documents
