Description

The framework agreement concerns the provision of fixed and mobile telephony services in the Pays de la Loire region. This framework agreement covers the following supplies and services:
— analogue, digital T0 or T2 BTI lines for fax or videoconferencing,
— added value numbers,
— SAAS bulk message (SMS) solution,
— voice and data mobile telephony subscriptions,
— supply and maintenance of mobile terminals,
— asymmetric internet access supplies. The framework agreement must respond to the continuity of existing telecommunications services in the region, the needs of school and interurban transport staff reallocated from the departments to the region and the new needs related to the digital transformation of the professions in the region. The framework agreement must also ensure the continuity of the services which would be affected by the scheduled shutdown of the switched telephone network (BTI).
