Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall be:
(A) Establishment and implementation of an IT system for project management and communication tools. A project procedure for the purposes of this procurement shall mean:
— registration of the life cycle of projects implemented by the Plzeň Region (the source of project funding is not decisive, internal and external projects);
— management of project teams set up to implement projects;
— repository and management of all project documentation;
— project finance management (project economy including multi-source project financing);
— management of the administration of projects;
— management of project resources.
Communication tools for the purpose of this procurement contracting entity means an electronic communication tool:
— between the Plzeň Region and the contributory organisations set up by it,
— within the Plzeň Region and its authorities, in particular within the Regional Office of the Plzeň Region;
(B) Creating a user manual for users and administrators.Training administrators. User training for pilot and productive operations.Creation of a video and e-learning course for users;
(C) Provision of technical maintenance and support (maintenance) of the application software supplied.
