1. The awarding entity in the procedure Creation, production and broadcasting on radio and television of spots of the campaign ‘Work safety depends on you’ allows partial tenders to be submitted – for part 1 or part 2. 1.1. Part 1: Creation, production and broadcast of a TV spot – amount earmarked for the execution of the contract PLN 1 050 000. 1.2. Part 2: Creation, production and broadcasting of radio spots – amount earmarked for the implementation of the contract of PLN 230 000. Each Contractor shall have the right to submit one tender for each part of the procedure. 2. The subject of the contract is: 2.1. In Part 1: Creation, production and broadcasting of a television spot, in accordance with the ‘Description of the subject of the contract (Description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to the contract)’, constituting Annex 2a to the contract, with the ‘Quality form’, constituting Annex 1a to the contract, and under the conditions laid down in the ‘Model contract for the creation, production and broadcasting of a television spot’, constituting Annex 13a to the contract; 2.2. In Part 2: Creation, production and emission of radio spots, in accordance with the ‘Description of the subject of the contract (Description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to the contract)’, constituting Annex 2b to the contract, with the ‘Quality form’, constituting Annex 1b to the contract, and under the conditions specified in the ‘Model contract for the creation, production and emission of radio spots’, constituting Annex 13b to the contract.
