Description

— Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky bude realizován na základě rámcové dohody dle § 131 a násl. zákona uzavřené se 3 uchazeči. Plnění bude probíhat postupem dle § 134 zákona, tj. bez obnovení soutěže mezi účastníky rámcové dohody průběžně po dobu 4 let trvání rámcové dohody. Způsob výběru konkrétního dodavatele u jednotlivých objednávek je blíže specifikován v příloze těchto zadávacích podmínek Návrh rámcové dohody.
— Realizace předmětu plnění bude probíhat dle potřeb zadavatele na základě uzavření rámcové dohody a jednotlivých výzev zadavatele, kde bude uveden rozsah a místo plnění.
