Description

This procurement involves the implementation of the following two activities: Activity 1. Design in phase "Technical project" for a site: ‘Extension and upgrading with new technology of the existing composting plant of the municipalities of Panagyurishte and Strelcha with improvement/modernisation of the recycling technology for separately collected biodegradable household waste’, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act (ZUT); Regulation No 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects and other related secondary legislation; The technical specification and specific project requirements described in the preliminary (pre-investment) study (PIP) and with attached bills of quantities. Activity 2. Extension and upgrading with new technology of the existing composting plant of the municipalities of Panagyurishte and Strelcha with improvement/modernisation of the recycling technology for separately collected biodegradable municipal waste, in accordance with the approved technical design, in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Development Act and the secondary legislation implementing it. The Contractor shall assist the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY in carrying out the necessary coordination procedures of the technical designs prepared under the public procurement procedure under the applicable design parts with all competent authorities/persons and operating companies to the extent of readiness to commission a conformity assessment under Article 142(6)(2) of the Spatial Development Act.
