Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu do zabiegów ortopedycznych dla SPWSZ w Szczecinie. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w projekcie umowy, stanowiącym załącznik nr 4 do SWZ oraz w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącym załącznik nr 1 i szczegółowym opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załącznik nr 1A do SWZ. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1/1A do SWZ.
