la présente consultation est passée par la Communauté urbaine d'angers
loire Métropole agissant en qualité de coordonnateur d'un groupement de commande. Forme de
marché : Accord-Cadre à bon de commande sans minimum et avec maximum (lot 1 : 96 magazines
(numéros), lot 2 : 2 160 000 euros HT sur toute la durée du marché) .Une fois notifié, le marché est
exécuté, chacun en ce qui les concerne, par les membres du groupement.attribution d'un accordcadre
pour chaque lot pour une période initiale de 1 an. Reconductible tacitement 3 fois 1 an.les
paiements s'effectuent par virement administratif dans un délai global de 30 jours.conditions
d'exécution à caractère social prévues
