Description

Provision of cleaning work in the premises of the Office for Spatial Planning and Construction of the Slovak Republic for a period of 24 months after the entry into force of the Framework Agreement. A more detailed specification of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 - Description of the subject of the contract - Specification of the required services (west, middle and east). The services to be undertaken by the successful tenderer in the performance of the subject-matter of the contract will be internally subdivided into: 1. Regular services within the meaning of Part I of Annex 1 (all services provided during the year on a regularly recurring basis, the sum of all the services in question will constitute a flat-rate or fixed monthly payment by the contracting authority); 2. Irregular services within the meaning of Part II. Annexes 1 (services to be provided by the successful tenderer solely on the basis of an order form issued by the contracting authority). Quantities are set out in detail in Annex No.2.1 of the PR (services currently provided, i.e. the expected scope of cleaning work, at the beginning of the provision of cleaning work or from the effectiveness of the FWC) and Annex No 2.2 of the Max. (Services Komplet the expected maximum scope of services provided during the implementation of the FWC ) The subject-matter of the contract is divided into separate logical units: Logic Unit No 1 West (Central Bratislava, RÚ Bratislava, RÚ Trnava, RÚ Trenčín) (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Logic Unit No 1’ or also as ‘LC1’) Logic Unit No 2 Center (RÚ Nitra, RÚ Žilina, RÚ Banská Bystrica) (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Logic Unit No 2’ or also as ‘LC2’) Logic Unit No 3 East (RÚ Košice, RÚ Prešov) (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Logic Unit No 3’ or also as ‘LC3’)
