Description

The supplier shall deliver the products within the term of the contract, in the quantities requested by the contracting authority and having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the tender specifications. Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation 18 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, and pursuant to Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended by Government Emergency Order No 107/2017, the contracting authority’s reply will be sent on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
