Description

Het onderwerp van deze aanbesteding is de levering van een Cryoplant voor de MINERVA supergeleidende LINAC. De opdracht omvat het ontwerp, de fabricage, het transport, de installatie, de inbedrijfstelling en de prestatietests. De Cryoplant bevat de volgende hoofdcomponenten: - Warm compressiestation, inclusief o compressorsledes o Heliumgasmanagement o Olieverwijderingssysteem en drogers - Koude koelbox, inclusief o Koude compressoren o Hoofdprocessectie met warmtewisselaars en turbines o Warm paneel - Alle benodigde warme leidingen en cryogene transferleidingen tussen de Cryoplant-componenten - De besturing en instrumentatie van de Cryoplant - De vacuüminstallatie bij de Cryoplant De aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het bovengenoemde verplichte toepassingsgebied en de momenteel bekende opties: Optie 1: De gas-heliumopslagplaatsen voor de volledige heliuminventaris (totaal volume ~300 m3). Optie 2: Alle benodigde reserveonderdelen voor de werking, inclusief reserveonderdelen voor gebruik en onderhoud. Optie 3: De ondersteuning van de Cryoplant-operatie tijdens de geïntegreerde inbedrijfstelling van de MINERVA LINAC
