Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Erbringung von Ingenieurplanungsleistungen in Anlehnung an die HOAI 2013 im Ingenieurbau (§ 43 HOAI) und zur Technischen Ausrüstung (§55 HOAI) zur Schaffung eines passiven Glasfasernetzes gemäß der Richtlinie „Förderung zur Unterstützung des Breitbandausbaus in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland“ (Leistungsphasen 1-8 und als Option LPH 9).
Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, weitere Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen für die Ortsteile Grießen und Geißlingen zu beauftragen (Option). Ein Anspruch auf die Beauftragung von Ingenieurplanungsleistungen für diese Ortsteile besteht nicht.
