Description

The object of the procurement is a camera surveillance system, as described in the tender documents, to be used in various premises of the Lapland Welfare Area. A single-supplier framework agreement will be established. The aim of the framework agreement is to enable the system procurement of new premises, the updating and harmonisation of the systems in use, and to respond to the changing and different needs of different locations in the wellbeing services area, taking into account cost-effectiveness and operational reliability. The contract period of the framework contract is four years and the contract includes the possibility of two option contract periods of one year. During the contract period, the systems will be procured from a supplier selected through a framework agreement to meet the needs of the Lapland Welfare Area on a site-by-site basis. As a rule, the equipment included in the system will be acquired by the wellbeing services county as a one-time investment. In this case, the maintenance and servicing of the equipment is purchased separately as a service. If the wellbeing services county so wishes, the equipment can also be purchased as a service.
