2. The detailed scope of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR tender form
(according to the part of the subject-matter of the contract).
3. Expected quantities of the range set out in Annexes 1a and 1b to the ToR tender form
(according to the part of the subject-matter of the contract) covered by the contract are quantities
estimates. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the quantity of the range listed in Annex No.
1a and 1b to the ToR within the limits plus minus 20 % of the given quantities of each product, while retaining
the gross tender value offered by the Contractor (gross contractual remuneration).
