Explanation of the Prior information notice.
The aim of this prior information notice is to get feedback from tenderers on conditions in the attached competition documents that can particularly distort the competition or any other uncertainties that you have regarding the tender documentation.
By publishing a prior information notice before the actual tender notice, we hope to avoid questions and corrections which may result in changing the tender documentation during the publication period, or, in the worst case scenario, cancel the tender contest.
