Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities indicated in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract. The estimated amount of electricity consumption in the period covered by the delivery, i.e. from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2026, will amount to a total of 2 971 186 kWh, including the tariff groups described in the Detailed Description of the subject of the Order. The Contracting Authority, the Association of Karkonosze Municipalities, is designated pursuant to Art. 1, 2, 3 – PPL, as the authorised representative, to conduct the present proceedings in the name and on behalf of the Participants to the Agreement, who are the Purchasers: 1) Association of Karkonosze Municipalities 2) City of Szklarska Poręba and its organizational units, 3) Karpacz Municipality and its organizational units, 4) Karkonosze Waste Management Center Sp. z o.o. in Ścięgnach Kostrzyca,
