Description

The subject of the consultation is the services of conduct and maintenance (P2) (at the expense of the colleges), major maintenance and renewal (P3) of collective thermal installations for heating and sanitary hot water, ventilation, air treatment and air conditioning; and the programme of work to be carried out (to be borne by the Department). The duration of the contract, the arrangements for renewal and the time limits for performance shall be set out in the act of commitment. The services will start on 01/10/2026 The contract is concluded for an initial period of 4 years and may be renewed tacitly once for a period of 2 years.
