Предметът на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за разработка на нови модули и функционалности, и доработка на съществуващите в софтуерните системи за прием на кандидатстудентски документи за български и чуждестранни граждани (наричани по-долу „софтуерният продукт“ или „софтуерни модули“), внедряване и проверка функционалността на софтуерните модули, обучение за работа и гаранционна поддръжка, съгласно Техническа спецификация (Приложение № 1).
