The municipality of Breitenbrunn (‘the municipality’) For the selection of a network operator that can implement the construction and operation of a gigabit network with a public grant, an open, transparent, economic and non-discriminatory selection procedure is carried out on the basis of funding requirements in accordance with the framework regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany to support the nationwide construction of gigabit networks in "grey spots", § 5 in the version of 13.11.2020.
