Description

Het hoofdcomplex van Paleis van Justitie in Den Haag ondergaat in de nabije toekomst een grootschalige renovatie, om die reden is het noodzakelijk de zittende organisaties tijdelijk onder te brengen in Bruggebouw Oost aan de Juliana Van Stolberglaan 10. Dit project omvat specifiek het gereedmaken van dit gebouw om deze organisatieonderdelen voor de komende periode van ongeveer 8 jaar tijdelijk te huisvesten. Zodra de grootschalige renovatie van Paleis van Justitie is afgerond, is het de bedoeling dat deze organisatieonderdelen terugkeren naar het gerenoveerde Paleis van Justitie hoofdcomplex. Directievoering en toezicht heeft betrekking op de disciplines: slopen/demonteren, bouwkundige maatregelen, installatietechnische maatregelen, werktuigbouw, elektrotechniek, transporttechniek, brandveiligheid, beveiliging en bouwfysica. Voor de inzet van de directievoering en toezicht wordt vooralsnog uitgegaan van de volgende gemiddelde inzet, inclusief reistijd, bezoeken, vergaderingen etc.: - Directievoerder 8 uur/week totaal 400 uur - Toezicht Bouwkunde 4 uur/week totaal 200 uur - Toezicht Electrotechniek 6 uur/week totaal 300 uur - Toezicht Beveiliging 2 uur/week totaal 100 uur - Toezicht Werktuigbouw 4 uur/week totaal 200 uur De opdracht wordt in regie opgedragen met een maximum van de bovenstaande 1.200 uren die onderling uitwisselbaar zijn. Het is de bedoeling dat de uren flexibel, dus risico-gestuurd en in relatie tot de uitvoering van het werk worden ingezet.
