Description

The contracting authority intends to conclude framework agreements for the supply of spare parts for alcohol analysers. Currently, at the level of D.A.L.I., for spare parts for alcohol analyzers in expired alveolar air there is a framework agreement in force until 19.10.2025 inclusive. In this context, the contracting authority envisages the conclusion of framework agreements for all three lots. The framework agreements will have a validity of 15 months and will enter into force after signature by both parties, but not earlier than 20.10.2025. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders - 18 days. Subsequent contracts will be concluded without reopening of competition between economic operators that are signatories to the framework agreement. The Contracting Authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information, once, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders for the requested clarifications within the deadline specified in Section I.3 Communication of the data sheet. The RON values excluding VAT of the largest subsequent contracts are: Lot 1: RON 8 242.53, exclusive of VAT; Lot 2: RON 112 936.80 excluding VAT; Lot 3: RON 49 036.89 excluding VAT; Frequency of subsequent contracts to be concluded: a follow-up contract every 3 months.
