The nature of the contract (Framework Agreements) is a service contract, in which contractors perform three different adjacent services; educational services, (b) didactic training services and (c) design, construction, turnkey delivery and optimisation of tailor-made digital learning activities. The further agreements of these lots are taken on the basis of both result and best efforts obligations.
