Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law Act (Journal of Laws 2022.1385, i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in an estimated quantity of 2 960 429kWh for the existing and planned to be connected collection points specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Specifications of the Terms of Contract hereinafter referred to as ‘SWZ’. 2. The list of consumption points, which describes the data identifying electricity consumption points (EPPs), is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
