Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of single-use specialist medical equipment for the Operations Team (including: staplers, stapler charges, disposable tools, trocars, clippers, polymer and titanium clips, laparoscopic handles, pens, prostheses, neurosurgical tampons, colour markings, cranial bone prostheses, screws, wires, nails, tiles, catheters, laparoscopic bags, collagen dies, cranial fountains, surgical implants, valves, vascular ports, polypropylene grids, needles, bone substitutes, loop seams, syringe cartridges, as defined in Annex 2 to these specifications, hereinafter referred to as the ToR.
2.2 The subject-matter of the contract covers 50 indivisible lots for which the contracting authority allows partial tenders to be submitted, provided that the tender in each of them must be complete and must comply with the detailed requirements set out in the price forms annexed hereto.
