Description

The Post Office is looking for a service provider capable of providing an omnicanal SAAS solution based on a voice and media base and offering complementary services such as interactivity, WFM/WFO, selfcare, social networks, behavioural analysis and optional services.
The service provider must be able to design, produce, install the solution, operate and maintain, train project actors on the solution and, where necessary, provide expertise, configuration and services necessary for the correct operation and for the functional and technological changes of the solution. The need to advise the respondent on alignment with business priorities in a context of transformation of organisations.
