Purchase of a long-term implantable mechanical circulatory support device by operating 15 warehouses in a basic quantity of 24 months, as detailed in the Technical Description forming part of the Public Procurement Documentation. The contracting authority undertakes to draw down 100 %. The contracting authority may deviate from the prescribed quantity by +100 % (optional part) without modifying the unit price or the contractual conditions. Conditions of outsourced warehouse: - the quantity to be delivered as the initial basic stock of the outsourced warehouse shall be made available to the successful tenderer by the contracting authority prior to the conclusion of the contract - the deadline for the first filling of the outsourced warehouse shall be 5 working days after the entry into force of the contract - the contracting authority shall normally send the drawdowns to the successful tenderer on a weekly basis, otherwise, depending on the weight loss, the contracting authority shall be entitled to carry out drawdowns at shorter intervals - the contracting authority shall replace the stock of the outsourced warehouse within 3 working days of the contracting authority’s reporting (delivery of the drawdown declaration) - in the case of an out-of-priority order, the contracting authority shall declare in its tender that it accepts the conditions for the establishment of the outsourced warehouse within 3 days. In the absence of a declaration, where appropriate following a request for additional information, the tender shall be invalid.
