Description

Powys County Council “the Council” is seeking to gauge interest in companies wishing to undertake the role of principal contractor on a development of an approximately 35 units of social housing scheme at Heol Y Ffynnon, Brecon Powys.
The Council will be appointing by a competitive tender advertised through Sell2Wales and OJEU. The Council is seeking to be on-site by approximately July/August 2019.
The development will be in accordance with Welsh Government's Development Quality Requirements (DQR), and the Council's Wood Encouragement Policy.
