The purpose of this mixed contract is the service, supply, installation, maintenance and dismantling of ornamental lighting during Christmas campaigns on streets in the urban centers of Sagunto. Given the mixed nature of this contract, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 13, 16, 17, and 18 of the LCSP, the legal regime for the preparation and award will be that of the service contract in view of the nature of the main service, according to Article 18(1)(a) of the LCSP; and that of its effects, compliance and termination will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article 122.2 of the LCSP in the clause of this specification, taking into account the rules applicable to the different benefits merged in them.
