Die AG beabsichtigt die Vergabe einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit drei Unternehmen zur Beauftragung von Reinigungsleistungen, wobei die AG beabsichtigt unmittelbar von der BestbieterIn zu den im Letztangebot angebotenen Konditionen abzurufen, also den „Leistungsvertrag“ abzuschließen. Vom Leistungsgegenstand umfasst sind die tägliche Unterhaltsreinigung, die Betreuung der Sanitäranlagen bei Veranstaltungen, die Beistellung von zusätzlichem Reinigungspersonal und die Fensterreinigung.
