La procedura è finalizzata all’affidamento del Servizio di manutenzione full risk omnicomprensiva degli impianti a bi-osmosi inversa per dialisi della ASST Valle Olona per il periodo di anni sei (72mesi), con possibilità di proroga contrattuale alle medesime condizioni e patti per un periodo massimo di 6 mesi e variazioni in aumento o diminuzione delle prestazioni contrattuali fino alla concorrenza di un quinto dell’importo contrattuale, mediante procedura di gara aperta in lotto unico, ai sensi dell’art. 71 del D.Lgs. n.36/2023, da aggiudicare a favore dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa individuata sulla base del miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo, ai sensi dell’art.108 comma 2 del D.Lgs. 36/2023, mediante Piattaforma Telematica Sintel. La qualità sarà valutata secondo i criteri enucleati all’art. 16 del Disciplinare di gara. Ai sensi dell’art. 107, comma 3, D.Lgs. n.36/2023, la Stazione Appaltante si riserva di esaminare le offerte prima della verifica dell’idoneità degli offerenti (cd. “inversione procedimentale”).
